Shiraz International rally meeting with ASP company support

The Shiraz Rally is an international rally racing event held at Persepolis that ASP company was sponsoring this competition. The rally is the first international motorsport event to be held in Iran since the 1979 revolution. This event, held in late September and about 30 teams. The winner of the race was Lebanese driver Roger Faghali and the second driver of the Qatari race, Khalifa Alatya, who were both the only international contestants. Both teams ran Mitsubishi Lancer Evolutions. Roger Faqlali has won first place in the International Rally Championship 11 times.
